Excellent experience across the board! Cool space with a great vibe. The food and coffee were delicious and the staff was as genuine and friendly as could be (shout out to Priscilla and Danni. So friendly!). To top it all off the pricing was very reasonable. Enjoyed it enough to go back the next day 10 out of 10 without a doubt

This is definitely the best breakfast in Merida. We ordered the Cucu French Toast, the Carajillo French Toast, the Cucu Omelette, and the Turkish Eggs, and every single dish left us wanting more. The drinks were great too- the Agua de Jamaica was delicious unlike any other. I will return to Cucu any time I am in Merida.

Priscilla was our waitress for three days straight during our visit in Merida. She was a delight, helped us learn more Spanish with a warm smile, and fed us the most tasty fresh and flavorful meals from an imaginative menu in their bright and cozy little restaurant.

We came here 3 times during our 5 day stay in Merida. We enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service, as well as the food. The black coffee and espresso were good and my wife enjoyed the cappuccino (though it’s a tad milky for my taste). We both thought the chai tea had too much milk. The food was great. We had the waffles, as well as the sandwiches and breakfast burger. Very unique and fun take on tater tots. The orange juice was really good. Hope to come back to Merida some time and will definitely stop here again.

This place is great! Unfortunately we tried it our last day in Merida otherwise we would have eaten here everyday for breakfast. We ordered chilaquiles, French toast and waffles, it was all delicious! The service is also great. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast. It looks small from the outside but it’s very spacious

Delicious food made with fresh ingredients. Whether you’re a local or an American you will find something to either eat or drink. Tried several different types of coffee & they were excellent! Beats Starbucks any day of the week! Truly enjoyed the cappuccino & have tried almost everything on the menu & they were all delicious. Tried the green juice for the first time and loved it! You can pay with card or cash. Comfortable, relaxed environment with air conditioning & free- WiFi. Great food & great service. Some of the wait staff speak English so that was a plus as a foreigner.
